Kid Roscoe
Kid Roscoe is a songwriting collaboration between Scott Ebner and Rick Mossotti, veterans of the Syracuse music scene and award winning bands. Scott has played with several area bands including one inducted into the Syracuse Area Music Award Hall of Fame and others with awards and nominations for releases over the last 15 years. Rick and Scott have played in bands that opened up for national acts including Little Feat, Blues Traveler, Edgar Winter and Leon Russell, Kenny Wayne Shepard, Black Crowes, and the Bodeans. With influences that range from rock, folk, country, and blues, Kid Roscoe spans the entire range of American music influences.

Versatility marks the path of Julius Williams from his first original metal band in his teenage years, through funk, dance, rock, blues, folk, jazz, and jam bands, to his current training camp with Americana influenced Kid Roscoe. Throughout, Julius has demonstrated an ability to play intuitively and with a genuine love for original music – no matter the genre.

A SAMMY award winner in the Jazz category with Rocco Barbato and Slo Motion (Percussion) and a SAMMY nominee with both Free at Last (percussion/vocals) and Late Earth (drums), Julius has also been a sought after session musician (Penny Jo Pullus, Kim Lembo, Case and Davidson, Ron DeRollo, Donna Colton, Late Earth) as well as a live player (Creepjoint, The Envoy).
